Is it difficult for you to slow down and quiet
your mind at the end of a day ?
You enjoy a full plate, doing a lot of things and yet you feel out of
touch with yourself, your body, your way of being ?
Even though you love what you do, you carry tension and stress in ways
that make you wish for more balance and ease in your mind and body ?
Do you find yourself reacting automatically, quickly or strongly to
thoughts and feelings inside or outside of you ?
You enjoy your busy life but you can’t seem to get into relaxation ?
You long for quiet time but once it’s there you find yourself restless
in it ?

Like everything, it takes practice. And as
strange as it might seem relaxing, quieting down needs practice too. If
we have been going a 100 miles an hour slowing down can seem quite
unappealing or even difficult at first.
We begin by creating a stable
environment for you and your emotions. Exploring the rhythms of our
life, our mind and our body, the ebb and flow, expansion and contraction
in breathing, day and night time rhythms, we begin to synchronize and
harmonize with the essential pieces of our self. We tune in, listen,
feel and flow as we come into harmony, discovering our personal ways of
creating friction within ourselves and in our lives. With an honest,
open and loving eye do we come to see our ways AND get to be gentle.
Gentle to receive our own healing from within. The power of
awareness and listening releases Wisdom, Healing, deep Gratitude and
Joy.
As you begin to flow, your days
become more spacious, vibrant and efficient, less stress will manifest
in and around you. As your connection with yourself deepens, it deepens
everywhere in your life.
Clarity, Sensuality, Creativity,
Personal Power and Love will reward your persistence in the effort of
cultivating your inner stillness - your Inner Sanctuary.

Like coming to a new place, we see and hear
things we haven’t seen before, we take it in and let it move us. We feel
a sense of openness and adventure, joy and vitality coupled with
curiosity and the desire to discover more.
This is the journey I am taking
you on.
The journey into your inner
landscape to be rediscovered and looked at from many different
perspectives.
From the top of the hills, from
the ground up, standing by a tree, listening....
So much to know, so much to hear,
so much to be.
Let the journey begin.
